I've been having abdominal pain mid abdomen and lower pain close to the ovaries/pelvic region. I have a long history of endometriosis but the stomach pain hasn't been present for a long time.
4 years ago I had a bout of stomach pain before being diagnosed with lyme. I also feel like yeast could be a factor in this situation. I'm going through some major stress in my life right now. No I'm not eating right.

Every time I notice a new symptom or problem, I look at this board and wow!.....it's there.
I started having intense stomach and lower abdominal pain about 4 days ago.
Really strange. My stomach area looked very bloated.
I'm pretty sure it is not yeast as I am currently taking 200mg diflucan a day as per LLMD.
I recently changed acidophilus from capsule form to refrigerated. Realized there may be a connection. Went back to capsules and feel much better (although still somewhat bloated).
Hope you get some relief soon.

Tickalert-- was your endo ever EXCISED? (not caurterized?)
Have you had an abdominal ultrasound?
Ovarian cysts often occompany endo (as you prolly already know) and they can really mess things up all around. they mess up your hormones, your tummy, your pain level, your digestion, everything.
Sounds like you know a lot about your own situation and you should depend on your "gut" feeling here. no pun intended!
You can rule out ovarian cysts, but endo and edhesions can only be ruled out via surgery and lyme---well we all know that is super duper hard to rule out.
yeast? it could be....but do you have other symtoms of yeast?
just thinking out loud for ya, trails

Thanks for passing along the article from Dr. Sherr. I'm dealing with some rough stomach issues of my own and found that article very informative.

It's funny because I also have had really bad abdominal pain about a year ago that went away . .and now it is back stronger than ever about a week ago. I am not sure what to do about it
About the whole cyst thing- I already know that I have cysts but don't know what I should do about them.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Also, my pain usually always hits me in the evenings . .anyone know what that could mean?
