Hi radiogirl
Thats a very good idea lymetoo had to call them...I haven't taken more than one a day but add other pro-bitoics along with the theralac.
Just make sure to space out yopur pro-biotics as far away from the abx...at least 2 hours-longer would be better. I found a good time to take mine is at bedtime-that way I have all night for no conflict in anything else I take.
Good luck to you & your little one
Blessings Dana

SHould be fine to take 2, if thats what you need. Space it out from any antibiotics, and drop the dose back to 1 if you get gassy and stuff.

I sometimes take 3. Sometimes it just feels like I need more, like if I missed a dose or something. But I do not know the answer. Maybe I shouldn't be taking 3 - but it feels ok when I do.

I had emailed the inventor of Theralac when I first ordered it and he emailed back answers to my questions. There should be an email link on the website.
He had said many Lyme patients need to start with two a day and then drop down to one.
One made me violently ill and I gave up on that brand but I think I'm in the minority.
