i have just started abx the last three weeks so im still trying to figure out what a herx actually feels like, but the other night I woke up with a larger headace then one i usually have and was really sweaty? Could this be a herx. thank you brian

brian, YES, that can be a herx.

start a symptom log now. do you have my newbie links/advise? after the long list of symptoms is a SYMPTOMS CHART. i've never used it but making you aware of it.

this is something i did NOT do, and wished i had at beginning.

note when things start, taper off, and GONE COMPLETELY.

i'd write daily how i felt in a journal, but a quick chart would be better and noting anything unusual! best wishes; may the abx keep killing off thoese spirochete! [Wink]

IF you take Red Root tincture, Milk THistle, AND Sarsaparilla, you many not even get herxes; like me.

Also, just taking herbs instead of abx can help tremendously in not getting any herxes.
