Good morning All,
I wanted to make you aware of the opportunity to stand up and make your voices heard by adding a Physician Dedication on The Memorial website.
Yes, I know that the Memorial site mainly has to do with fatalities and information re: TBDs in the USA...
BUT...
It also offers YOU, the lyme patient, a place to let your doctor know how very much they are needed and appreciated!
Our LLMDs risk their very careers to continue treating us according to the sworn principal of ``First, do no harm.'' Sadly, as you know, many have lost their careers, and their lives trying to help US. Yet, the few brave souls that continue against all odds do so because of their unparalleled dedication to their patients, knowing full well, that if they quit, we will be left with no one to turn to.
Think about what your life or your loved one's life would be like without your LLMD's devotion and care to our cause...
And if there is something that you would like to say to him or her, please submit a line or two (or more). No physician names will be used, and using your name is optional as well.
