Has anyone heard or used this? I read about it in an article posted on betterhealthguy's website. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with it or knew someone who did. I was wondering if a chi exerciser would work for this or is it something else I need to look at for this?
thanks, maureen

When it comes to the Chi machine, it is an excellent option for getting the lymphatics moving. Rebounding is also a good option - on a small trampoline.
I have a Chi machine and should be using it more than I do but I do think it can be helpful.

My herbalist swears by it. I tried it once but I was having a lot of pain at the time and it really exacerbated the pain in my hips and legs. I also didn't like the way it felt - too jarring to my body.
I highly recommend trying it if you can before you buy it.
I know other people who love it and I think my experience may be rare.

thank you for the responses- would a chi exerciser work (i found a few for around $80) or is it something different I am supposed to get? I found other chi machines for a lot more money (they don't say chi exercisers though) so I am wondering if there is a hugh difference? I don't want to spend a fortune or waste my money on something useless!
thanks, maureen
