I am still taking CoQ10, but experiencing reactions at higher levels so I have to go slower. I am taking 400-600mg per day, and every five days I take 1200mg. I was told 1200+ is Parkinson's dose. I guess you could say I am 'pulsing' higher dose CoQ10.

Have neuro issues and so that is probably why caution is important in my case. High levels produce brain fog and difficulty concentrating and a lot of emotional stuff (makes me a little insane, basically). BUT I notice when I forget to take it, that I feel great... much better pre-CoQ10. Much more clarity and calm. So I hope I have that to look forward to.

Did you have herx-like reactions with CoQ10? It seems as though it is going fairly smoothly for you. You did start at a very high level.

Thanks for asking, Eric.

It's good to hear that your heart rate and blood pressure have stablized. But I am sorry that you're still have breathing problems and strange dreams. Not being able to breathe properly must be a little scary. I guess I thought mostly everything normalized from Art. That is really unfair.

The neuro herxing from CoQ10 and others prevent me from working until this evens out more. During herxes, I am just too unstable emotionally. If it weren't for that, I could go back to work. I have no other symptoms.

I had a job that I actually loved because I was surrounded by like-minded people (did bookkeeping for health food store). There were a lot of college students that worked on the floor also who always enlivened things as well as some musician types. Very rich environment. My boss held my job open for me 2x for leaves of absence. It was also offered back to me last fall... but still sick.

But I am glad that there are people here to talk to. And I think the time is nearing to return to work. Two more months, I hope.

How are you managing your work?

Claire
