Hi everyone,
Though you are free to make your own decisions, I thought you might like to know about this article on the H1N1 vaccine from the American Academy of family Physicians:
The vaccine appears to be free of adverse side effects apart from mild swelling at the injection site. Especially important is the recommendation that priority be given to children, and those with "chronic conditions or compromised immune systems" between the ages of 25-64.
Hope that helps,
Sharon

If any events get reported by independent
physicians or patients, considering if they know
they may do so, it will be found in the latest
reports here at 2009 data. As well as possibly in the non dom. data.

Because of the additive "squalene". They apparently are using squaline in the H1N1 vaccine; it is an "excitotoxin" that can (can) cause serious problems with the CNS.
You can Google it. Also check out "squalene anthrax vaccine/gulfware illness".

Have you heard the news, there is a Swine Flu Vaccine Song out called "Don't Inject Me"
posted
Ok so my belief is that this virus and it's vaccine are all government created to kill us. Like I said my belief. You can agree or not. Check out this page on facebook. There are a lot of good articles and videos about this.

On another board for auto-immune illnesses, someone just posted their symptoms began after they received a tetanus shot. Their doctor said the shot was probably the straw that broke her camel's back.
So, no one knows ahead of time where their threshold is for toxic overload.
emla999/lyme, I love that video. It made me smile.
It is a personal choice but one that should be made with knowledge. Knowledge about the profits behind the vaccines as well as the disease the vaccines claim to prevent.
Especially relevant right now for all Americans is to understand the intimate relationship between our govt and big business. Even govt agencies like FDA who are supposed to protect us.
It is just one example of FDA not hard at work for us.
The smartest thing we can all do to reduce our risks of any disease and even help fight our current illness is:
1-Eat a healthy diet. Eat real food, pesticide free when possible. Vinegar water does an excellent job of removing pesticides from veggies and doesn't require longs soaks or vigorous scrubbing. Avoid processed and frozen foods that have lots of additives, preservatives and flavor enhancers at all costs. Avoid sugar as it is an immune suppressor.
2-Exercise sensibly.
3-Get sunshine. It is free vitamin D. Researchers suspect flus are more common in the fall because of the lack of sun exposure.
4-Get your rest and learn how to destress.
Amy, I acknowledge you could be right and I hope sincerely that you are wrong. It would not be the first time masses of people have been killed by their governments.

Amy C,
I'm looking into the link you provided. Before I spread their word, I need to be sure I am in agreeance. That takes some time to research.
Thank you for sharing it here.

If anyone from Mass. wants to leave due to imposed illegal fines, I have a few acres to camp on till this is over. Simply move your address and take off.

What Kayak?? You're not supposed to bathe for 48 hours after getting sun? LOL, I don't know wether to laugh or cry! Definately never heard of that before though...
Emla, love the song!
Amy, my feelings are the same as yours. Do you ever listen to Alex Jones? Prisonplanet.com has excellent info on the swine flu.
As far as the vaccine being free of adverse effects - isn't it a little early to make that assumption?
Lauren

Lpkayak, the info about Vitamin D and skin washing was very interesting!!!
Dr. M's comments about skin washing and Vitamin D:
" Do you shower with soap after you sunbathe? If so, you may be washing off the vitamin D-containing body oils (sebum); please see a question below.
Also, remember what I said about solar noon? In Michigan, even in the summer, the sun is not high enough up in the sky to make much vitamin D, except for one or two hours on each side of solar noon.
While it is true that your shadow must be shorter than you are to make vitamin D, the shorter the shadow the more the D, and the relationship is not linear. That is, you really want the sun high up in the sky.
Air pollution also reduces UVB. For you, simply shirtless will not do it; you need full body exposure. Also, the Michigan vitamin D winter--no UVB for four months--is another reason we now market the in-home UV lights.
A commercial sun tan parlor is another option. Dr. Binkley and colleagues found the same thing in Hawaii that you found in Michigan. I suspect the surfers and skaters were washing off their vitamin D."

I told one of my docs the only one I worried about was tetanus. Since it is found in road dirt the most, and I worked on parts that had been sitting in dirt. She said If I ever got it it was very treatable if caught early.

Yes Lauren I have listened to Alex a few times. Very interesting!!
We take vitamin d supplements. Don't get out much to sit in the sun anyways. Heat intolerance. Plus I was on doxy for a long time.
