I just got two more bottls of theralac. It doesn't say whether to keep it refrigerated.
Must be my lyme brain. It says refrigerate upon receipt.
I'm sorry I'm so stupid today...so should it stay refrigerated.........and then take one every day out of the frig???
I need specific instructions or I get all messed up...

While you can keep Theralac out of the fridge for several days without its losing it's potency, I keep mine in the fridge unless I'm traveling. Even then I try to refrigerate it when I get to my destination if at all possible.

Yes, Theralac is to be refrigerated, but when I knew I was going to be traveling and away from home for awhile, after calling the company, they said it would still have it's potency if I took the amount I would need for the trip and not refrigerate.
So it isn't like it suddenly goes bad, but yes, you HAVE to keep it refrigerated.

I would like to give you our postition on Theralac and refrigeration. Theralac should be in the fridge. However, you can keep it at room temp for up to 30 days without losing potency. This is the reason we can ship without blue ice. After that it starts to lose potency quickly.
Theralac can remain stable in the fridge for 2 years. Becasue it has such low water activity (the way we make it) it can also be stored in the freezer. We keep our inventory at -20. Very cold. If you store it in the freezer, the product remains stable for 3-4 years.
For anyone needing a reminder to take Theralac, we have a magnet for the fridge that says "Don't forget to take your Theralac" Anyone wanting one can call my toll free number 866 563 2710 and ask for one and I will mail it to you.

I don't think it's available anywhere else than www.theralac.com
I take one a day, but I'm not on abx.

Thanks Jeff~ Nice to know I can travel without keeping it on ice. The ziploc bag of ice cubes in my portable ice chest which was inside my luggage leaked, getting things a bit wet on my last trip.
I just ordered more Theralac this morning. Thanks for your product!
