Bhuners protocol only talks about dosages for Red Root Tincture...I don't want to put alcohol (even minutes amount) in my body so would rather take it in capsules...

I have the Starwest' Red Root and capsuled it in 00 capsules...how much do you take?

I started with one in the morning and one at night??? but feel I need to up it, but don't want to take too much...

anyone have any expierence they can share???

Also, Boneset tea...how many cups would you reccomend a day???does it help? Bhuner says 4x per day..???
