Hello Rifampin friends,

Has anyone gotten terrible chills on Rifampin for Bartonella? Wow, this herx. is something else altogether. It feels like stirring up a hornet's nest. Taking hot baths helps temporarily. Such a strange symptom.

I got terrible awful chills from Bartonella, not so much from the rifampin, though. The first winter I was in treatment, I could NOT get warm.

Maybe ti is a herx, since I think that's a bart symptoms. When I first started taking rifampin, I had new bart symptoms surface out of the blue...

I hope you're able to get warm soon!

Andie

Hi Andie!

Thanks for responding! I wanted to ask you if you recovered from Bartonella? And what worked for you? I'm sure hoping all this suffering will pay off!
