I've just received my KMT24. I'm a bit nervous of getting started with it though. Does anyone here use this machine at the moment? How long did you use it for on the first session? Did you get a bad reaction? Many thanks.

Start with 15 minutes on one program and see how you react. If you don't notice any reaction, you can increase the time of that program. You want to work up to 1 full program per day with one day per week off.

I used only 10 minutes firt time, I felt sooo tired, had to stop.
I did as Scott suggested, and could work up to one program a day rather fast. I usually have it muscle tested, so I know which programs to work with more frequency.
