I'd back off for 2 days and then try again.
That is what I do when something doesn't make me feel right.
I just had this happen the other day with claritin - I took one for my itching because it does not make you drowsy and it was day time, well no thank you - I felt good before it but after I took it I felt weird the rest of the day, so no it's not for me.

I reacted to this. I became asthmatic, and had pain, and other symptoms. I think? it was to do with the Vitamin D, as I heard that this can happen.
I never had this kind of reaction before for years when I took it, but when the lyme in me became really bad, and when I started to get sick from the sun, I started to react to the
EFA's like you are taking. I thought it odd, so tried it for a few more times, and just gave it up. I had taken it about 8 months before this and was fine, took it off and on for a few years and was fine, but I was much healthier then,.
Possibly you are reacting to it like me, on teh Marshall Protocol they tell you to avoid Vitamin D, Some on the Marshall Protocol have lyme, and
it is all about the cell wall defient bacteria.

Yes, I just started on cod liver oil supplement, and it seemed to make me feel worse. I am guessing it has something to do with the Vit D.
I feel better on days that I do not take the fish oil. When my brain fog clears I am going to have to read all the threads on Vit D and figure out by what mechanism the Vit D might interact with lyme!
