hey guys-

hope all is well with you.

just wanted to give a quick update to those who are curious about hyperbaric oxygen.

i am half way through my 40 treatments and it seems that it is helping me.

my pain is much less, and my brain is working better.

i am very encouraged. i still have a bunch more treatments to go, so i think it is really going to help.

once my 40 are done, i will have to wait 30 days before i can start again.

i know its expensive, and hard to get to, but if you can take the time and $$ to do it, i really think it helps.

if anyone is in the NE and looking for a great, inexpensive hbot center, send me a pm.

ill drop another line once the 20 remaining sesions are completed.

take care [woohoo]

Save the money on your remaining dives, and get a home chamber. Feel free to contact me, and I'd be happy to discuss this with you. I have zero financial interest. Its great that your doing well, but I think mhbot is the better long term solution.

I agree with noodly, sort of. Finish this set of dives and then get a home chamber. You will be able to keep the gains you made.

If I had it to do over I'd do a month or two of once a day one hour deep dives in a clinic and then switch to a home chamber. I didn't know about home chambers when I did the deep dives. I did them for a month, felt better, then declined to terrible over time. I did them for 2 months, 18 months later, felt better, then declined again. Then at a point of desperation learned about home chambers. In fact I think noodly got his because of me.
