I am finding it is bothering me more and more to look at the screen on my computer. My eyes hurt so much after being on it for awhile. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

Hi!
I've found that NoIR glasses, the amber ones, work really well for this. I started with the medium amber ones when working with the computer, and as I got better, I moved to the light amber ones.
The wrap-around fashion kind are the best.
If you have glasses, you can get fit-overs (cheapese) or "spectra-shields."
They will do any frame in any lense type--call them up, and ask for the internet prices. Also, they have a good warranty policy.
Best,

You can type in,'NOIR', in your search engine. They are from Michigan. Nice people there and you can tell them you have Lyme and they will help you get the right ones.
I know someone who just put a plastic tinted cover over her computer....like the ones you buy for your car windshield.
Can you turn the brightness light down on your computer?
Hope this helps.
I also keep some eye drops (natural tears) next to mine.
Do you have 'dry eyes'?

Did you try turning down the brightness on the monitor, that used to help me when I had this problem.
