Welcome! You've got it!

Unless you were just bitten four weeks wouldn't have been long enough. Two weeks is not long enough even if you were just bitten.

Do you have a good LLMD? You really want someone experienced in treating Lyme, coinfections, heavy metals, etc. It's not a simple disease to cure.

You have it and the test says so. The second test says positive, both CDC and NY state. That makes it easy for you.

I have to rely on a clinical dx, but luckily I have a doctor who saw the light and now treats Lyme and is learning at light speed.

Good luck to you. Be sure you have LLMD. You need to make sure it is completely treated this time.

My opinion: You were never adequately treated. Lyme OFTEN makes a comeback.
