Hey Byron...
I think you, probably over did it with the AVT.

I can say this with some certainty since I spent yesterday waaay over doing things and am paying for it today. (I have fallen for thinking I'm superwoman one too many times. [Smile]

Rest up, drink lots and I hope you feel better. I think it's too early to blame the Zithro. Give it another go. Good luck!

On good days, I try to have a little fun, but also force myself to sit and relax even though I have the energy to do things. That way my body can use some of the extra energy to heal.

I'd bet you just overdid it. I've done that, too.

so what I am going through, a herx?

Was there anything beneficial to going out and trying to do some things yesterday or did I handicap myself?

Basically I had to figure out where my limit are...

what activity is tto much with the particular symptoms and the severity of the symptoms that I am expereincing within any given time period.

It does take awhile for me to figure out sometimes... as I have gotten sicker and better and sicker the amount I can do without causing me to completely crash has changed.

Over exhertion will make me feel much worse. It may not even be an activity that a normal person would give a second thought to.

Best wishes

I think it's definately beneficial to go and do some fun stuff! Didn't you feel great doing it? [woohoo]

Azure explains me really well. [Smile]
I have a very difficult time knowing how much is too much. I find my "bounceback ability level" also varies greatly.

Right now, It's very low. Other times I can get away with lots more and suffer few consequences.

Truthfully, I think and hope you will feel better in a day or so and I'm really sorry your hurting so bad today.

I'm really not saying this well.

ps. Hey maybe you killed off some bugs heating up and stuff and will feel better than before. Stranger things have happened. *nods*

Nah, it's temporary! You'll be back to your normal level of yuckiness in no time. [Wink]

And then you move on from there. You didn't lose anything but did get to ride the ATV and play. [Smile]

I say enjoy every moment you feel better. I got diagnosed in December after going to Dr. for being in sick building. I was still driving myself around, going grocery shopping, and feeling well enough to go out to eat once a week or so.

After 2 months of treatment, I dropped one day, ended up in ER, suddenly can not tolerate any medicines(nasal spray gave me 2 day anxiety attack), and a good day for me is being able to walk to bathroom without vision going out and almost passing out.(although I've been actually able to move around more the last week, which is good---with no medicines--this started 3 months ago).

My LLMD and other doctors have not been able to help me. I say to enjoy every moment you have.

Hopefully I get back to my old yuky self soon, I dont understand How I had such a bad last night and all of today, I was on the floor in writhing pain about 60% of today off and on. This has never happened before to me after activity. I noticed full moon as around.

I go get my Glutathione IV w/magnesium, b-vitamins, saline, vit. c, and I am forgettin some others...

At least I got to ride this for 30min.
