I am Herxing the worst I have ever after my 2nd rife session. Vertigo. The doctor stopped all my abx during the herx. They also said not to do so much detox during the herx (chitosan, betasitosterol, charcoal), to wait til the herx ends? This seems backwards to me because arent these things suppose to mop up the toxins and help stop the herx? I am torn and misearble. Please Help!

Personally, I would take the charcoal and detox agents like chitosan during the herx.
Why did your doctor say this? Perhaps he could give a reason...

I would take the mop up stuff, but maybe not the stuff that stirs up more toxins. Maybe that's what your LLMD is concerned with. If you're already feeling bad, stirring up more toxins would only make you feel worse.
A friend recently told me about coffee enemas. Google it. It's a detox method ... I tried it twice, two days in a row. I feel the best I've felt in weeks.
Apparently, it makes your liver/gall bladder dump toxins into your intestines, so I took Questran to mop it up. It frees up your liver to clean up other toxins. I feel so much less toxic.
Gross I know ... but who cares if it makes you feel better.
I also find my saunas help me feel better during a herx.
