How about someone getting rid of the excess "stuck" items on top of the boards?

Like the one about Dr. Jones... and some of the older ones. If folks need them they can do a search.

But the things are annoying... regulars don't read them.. and new folks don't know what they mean.

I would LOVE to keep the newbies post there... of course.. but all the others?

Do they HAVE to be there?

Maybe someone could write up a very basic new post about doctor prosecutions, and get it stickied. That would have the side effect of explaining to newbies why we don't mention doctor names, why it's so hard to find treatment, and where the damn bad attitude towards Lyme in the medical industry comes from.

I also agree, I find that I never even see the top ones (just ignore them and go to the things lit up yellow).

It's just another half a page to scroll past.

Moving topics are much more noticible, even if we have to keep boosting them.

Personally I'd just leave the Newbie links.

And thanks Joe, I never viewed that way. [Smile]

I also vote for removal. These posts are more annoyance than help. Leave just the one for Newbies.

Up threads often if they are important instead of sticking them!

I agree that most sticky posts aren't being read.

In Medical -- Leave the Newbies links only.

In Seeking Doc -- Leave the Please post city and state... and Do not post dr names
