I know the answer to this question is already on here somewhere but I just can't focus and there is so much to read in the candida info so perhaps somebody could just give me a quick answer. I have been yeast-free/sugar-free since Sunday, so this is day 6. I feel just dreadful today - foggy, nauseous, tingling palms, jello-legs etc, etc. Could I be experiencing a yeast die-off so soon? And could it be making me feel this bad?

Yes, yeast die off is miserable. Years ago I believed mainstream medicines take on yeast but an herbalist muscle tested me and told me I had systemic candida. I did not believe her but on a whim I bought some caprylic acid. WOW!!!! I had terrible die off and felt very ill.
Hope you feel better soon.
