I was watching Rachel Ray this morning on TV and she had on this doctor, of what I don't know, I missed the first part, but he sounded really interesting.I wish I knew who he was and if he had a book. He had a lot of natural suggestions, like soaking rice before cooking to sprout it which reduces allergic properties.
He said that avoiding sugar was important in preventing catching things. According to him, sugar reduces oxygen levels in the blood!
We know already that low oxygen levels are a problem for us and that most of these little buggers thrive in low oxygen environments.
Avoiding sugar is NOT easy, but knowing why we should helps.

On his web site you can read a large excerpt from his book and possibly chapter 1.
Looks real interesting. He seems to feel as many of us do, that the body is capable of healing itself, but it needs the tools to work with. If it is functioning at an optimal rate, the bugs won't be such a problem. He believes that dealing with the CAUSE is key. It's not just cancer, but what caused the cancer in the first place.
I think I'm gonna get the book, looks interesting.
