Not sure if this link will work but I think we should provide much feedback to encourage future positive lyme coverage in Yankee Magazine. I know that the upcoming article is going to shed positive light on the lyme subject and will hopefully be reaching a whole new audience that may not know that their CFS or M.S., Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, BiPolar, ADD, ALS, "arthritis", may be due to lyme and it's coinfections. Please interact and share your thoughts....and buy the next issue of Yankee! :-). It is bascially a New England Magazine but anyone can subscribe to it.

As I am posting this I see that there is no hyperlink...at least not from my end. So, maybe, if you feel so inclined you could google Yankee Magazine and find the link to respond there. I feel really hopeful about this article

Memorial Day and the living is easy... Yes, regardless of the calendar, it's summertime in our hearts. We try to get outdoors as much as possible - in the garden, at the grill, even the first tentative toes in the water.

Visiting your favorite summer place can have a down side if a tick bite leaves you or a family member or pet with a lingering illness. Lyme disease is the subject of a feature article in the next issue of Yankee Magazine and also of our online "Speaking My Mind" question. We want to know: "Would you cull the deer population to reduce the threat of Lyme disease?" Some responses may be chosen for publication in a future Yankee. Go now!

Hi everyone.....Here is the best way to respond to the Yankee Magazine Question....Do you think that the deer population should be culled to help prevent the spread of Lyme Disease. One of their feature articles coming out in the month of June....couple of weeks , is going to be on Lyme disease. Dr. Jones and others will be interviewed. Lets let Yankee know we are interested that they are concerned about Lyme and give your opinion...on the deer issue but maybe you could sneak in anything else you felt was important also

Go to YankeeMagazine.com and click on ``Speaking My Mind'' in the left column, below ``10 things to Do.''

Thank you for sharing this information. The Lyme disease question will be posted online for the month of June.
