Can someone interpret my testing. I'm suffering daily yet my Lyme Western Blot from Igenex is Negative My LLMD states I do have Neuroborreliosis. I'm confused need explanation this is what test bands are indicating IGM RESULTS **23-25 kDa IND **31 kDa IND **41 kDa IND IGG RESULT **41 kDa + I want a clear definitive answer because of Neg results, medical docs will not administer treatment. I need a local medical doc to check vitals every 4 wks. Does IND mean Almost positive? This is LLMD interpretation.
Will eventually after antibiotics my test will reveal Positive? I've been suffering for 2 yrs.
I'm trying to explain to friends. I saw Mystery Diagnosis and Doug's tests were Negative after antibiotics and retesting . His test came back positive. Is this my case as well?

Some people are always negative- see thread entitled " WB Results".
Some people are truly blood negative- there are so many strains-

Dear Cuddles,
A 30 day run of antibiotics followed by ten days off then testing via Igenex again
May reveal more bands. Lyme is a clinical diagnosis. Blood work supports that diagnosis.
I guess I was very lucky a duck diagnosed me off of my symptoms and my one positive
IgM band (23) via Quest. My LLMD did not retest me through Igenex.
He knew based on that one band and 50+ symptoms.
He did however, diagnose me with co-infections also.
Hang in there. If you have a history of known tick bites that also helps.
Please find a LLMD and seek their advice.
Hugs,
