is anyone aware if doxy is capable of addressing any co-infections? i know its good for lyme, but will it target anything else? thanks -------------------- "Experience is not what happens to you; it is what you do with what happens to you."[email protected]

I think it may also have an effect on bartonella. Minocycline is also used to treat bartonella & both cross the bbb.

when I could not take Mepron or Malarone, Dr. H. said Doxy was the best he could do for me as it also has anti-malarial effects. ESG

I know doxy works for ehrlichia (sp?). My LLMD seems to feel that it also targets bartonella. I was not on doxy when I treated babs. Hugs, Geneal
