Have fun pulling, and don't forget to scrape your tongue in the morning also! The mouth holds a minimum of 200 different bugs, i.e. 200 known microorganisms in the normal healthy mouth, and many more in a mouth with periodontal disease, cavities and cavitations.
You might also try a Xylitol lozenge here and there to do away with some of the bugs. (Not Xylitol chewing gum, if you have amalgams - chewing releases the mercury vapors even more).
Take care.

If you are asking me, this is the time I would only use the best. Because everything good or bad is absorbed via the mucosa. Not all olive oil is equal. We use a cold pressed organic oil - use any flavor you like.
Take care.
