hi everyone,

this question is for selma (or gigi or scott or anyone else who might be able to help)..

i'm wondering how you learned to do muscle testing on yourself? is it something you could explain to me and i could apply right away? do i have to study it? is there a website you would recommend?

thanks a lot,
heather.

There is information available on self-testing. I do NOT do this however. I don't believe it is accurate enough for me to benefit from. I usually only muscle test when I have someone that does ART with me. I have done ART on nearly 200 people myself, but I still don't self-test.

hey heather,

we're definitely not experts or professionally trained, but my boyfriend and I learned how to do the basic ART method..but one problem we have is unblocking my ANS first. I tap with the EFT/MFT method, but it doesn't always open me up. So I don't feel confident we're getting accurate results those times.

and I agree with Scott - not sure how accurate it would be doing it alone, especially since the ANS could be blocked. but I think some people do it, or use other methods like pendulums, etc.

I'm not sure how to explain the technique in writing..but when i'm having a better head day, I'll try. Or come to MA! we need to meet one of these days anyway [Smile]

Heather, I do not muscle test myself nor do I muscle test my husband and take it seriously. I have attended numerous ART seminars - and will not do it. You can attend all the courses in the world. Real practice is the key -- for months in order to become good and safe. Anyone of my family who needs testing goes to a well trained person.

The tester should be healthy physically and emotionally super solid when muscle testing. The latter is of great importance.
Most people working in this field are always treating each other in order to stay ahead healthwise of their clients/patients. They know how important that is.

What happens if the tester and the testee happen to be both heavy metal toxic?

I just posted on Selma's thread about muscle testing - you might want to read it.

Take care.

Look into BORT - Bidigital O-Ring Testing by Yoshiaki Omura, M.D. It is possible to self-test. I was never comfortable with it and stopped before really getting into it.

I do self test, and also check my results with two ART practitioners. Sent you a PM.
