Has anyone or is anyone using Ciprofloxacin HCL and having this type of reaction? I have received information that this anti is hard on tendons.

Look in to magnesium supplementation. The damage to the tendons from certain abx is indistinguishable from damage caused by a mg deficiency.

I took cipro 4x day for ten days in March for a UTI. I've had tennis elbow ever since. (I never had this before.) I was supplementing with Mg during that time.
I started on cipro 2x day for a new UTI last week. My left achilles tendon began to have pain. I stopped the cipro and they are putting a note on my chart that I am allergic to cipro.
