It hurt the first couple of days but not so bad- I am good with pain though- you should call your doctor for any port problems or questions!!!

I think mine bothered me for a good week and then to a lesser degree for another week after that.
The first week was not fun. I did call my doctor and the doctor that put it in just to be sure all was okay.
Some are just more sensitive than others.

when I was REALLY sick, whenever they gave me an IV it would hur because my viens were so small and constricted due to hypercoagulation, low body temp, pain, and the body's response to illness
