hi all

this is a up date on the mold situation
here in Austin --

It has been NON STop Raining for over the
last month - 20 inches over what is normal-

Everything is so damp my glasses fog up
from just breathing --

I am pulling ALL the carpet out of my house
and I am putting thick Plastic sheeting on the floors until I can do something better -

I am 1000% Sure the mold here is
harming my health--

Each time I pull more carpet that night I get Real Bad night sweats and get Dizzy as Hello -

I have wanted to pull the carpet out for years
but never felt good enough to do it --

If you decide to pull your carpet out make
Sure to ware a Dust Mask --
It makes a huge difference --

The first carpet I pulled out my ears Ring
so load I thought I was having a stroke-
lasted 4 days--OucH

My suggestion to Everyone that thinks they
may have a mold problem is to yank your carpet
as Soon as you can -- Jay --

We've got wood floors throughout except for a couple of unused rooms that we keep dried out with AC, but we haven't needed AC much this summer because there hasn't been any summer...just sort of cool and rain.

I live for summer...I'm beginning to get that SAD thing.

somebody make the rain stop...half of May, all but 4 days of June, and almost all of July so far.

Charlie from a couple of hundred wet miles southeast of you

It's very soggy over here in SW Texas too-raining again today. I'm on steroids for my breathing problems (I know that's not good.) I'm hypersensitive to aspergillus niger mold. Does anyone know if that kind of mold is found in carpeting? I don't know where I'm being exposed to it or how common it is. Thanks....
