This is what the insurance said they would approve. Do you think they would approve those two that you mentioned? He isn't in on Fridays.

Even though I had a hard time with this drug, many people take larium to hit the babs.

I couldn't tolerate Larium - I would never sleep again.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I have never tried either of the 2 that they said they would approve.
I guess if they won't approve Malarone they will never approve Mepron. Of the 2, I think I perferred the Malarone. Mepron pretty much kept me in a chair, really didn't have the energy to do anything but sit there & breath - and that was a struggle. At least on Malarone I could function some.
I'm w/ you on the Larium - I wouldn't take another dose of that if they GAVE it away - headache like I've never had before, from day 1 till 3 weeks after I stopped. Seriously thought something in my head was going to explode. Also no sleep....
Someone will come along that has experience with those 2 they approved.
Possibly the appeal of the appeal will win!!!!
Have u read the babs book? There are options mentioned in there if it does come to that.
The Artemisinin is not an RX - u can get it from many places. The 1 I used that was a very good 1 was from Holley Pharm.(100mg) It is recommended u take it w/ an ABX for babs. But I must admit I used mine w/out. I didn't overdue it, but I had to use something till I could get back to LLMD.

If you can't get malarone or Mepron,,,just go with artemisinin with Zithromax or Ketek.
May want to try Alinia as your cyst busting, anti-parasitic.
Alinia, is said by some doctors I know and respect, the only prescription anyone should need.
They are not sure how it works or why but they are prescribing it to their lyme patients.
Especially those that are having difficulty buying the others mentioned here...
