For those with low blood pressure, what do you do to raise it? I've got moderately low blood pressure that can drop to 90/60. But my new pain specialist prescribed Zanaflex which can lower blood pressure. I'm worried the Zanaflex will work, but will lower my blood pressure too much. In that case, can I raise my bp? Right now, I drink salt water when I get dizzy and it helps. Can I increase salt intake or take salt tablets? Are there medication options? Thanks for all your advice. -------------------- "When there is pain, there are no words." - Toni Morrison

I read somewhere that licorice root raises BP...might want to google it.... Salt only works for some...it doesn't affect my BP at all... Charlie
