I've taken Epsom salt baths the last three nights. I usually sweat and get a rapid heart rate while I'm in the bath. When I get out I'm a bit dizzy. I attribute these, correctly or incorrectly, to Babesia that is being stirred up by increased circulation from the heat of the bath. I get (without baths) sweating and a rapid heart rate, which my doc attributes to Babesia. The sensations I get in the bath feel the same.
One things I got tonight, though, was sensations in my eye. It felt like when you get something stuck in your eye, like a piece of dust in the wind. I am certain that nothing, in fact, got in my eye. But I still had the sensation off and on for a few seconds. I've had this before but never knew what to attribute it to.
Does anyone know which co-infection commonly causes this "particle-in-eye" sensation? What do you think the significance of this happening right after a hot bath is? There are so many odd things that happen with tick-borne disorders... I can see why anyone that doesn't suffer from these problems would think we're crazy.

You are not crazy Ian.
I even open my eyes in my epsom soaks a few times and yes I get the same reactions.
Borrelia love the eyes as evidenced on animal autopsies.
I do antibiotic eye drops that seem to help for a while.

Epsom salts seems to exacerbate some inflammation in me, especially if the dose is too high. You might want to cut down a little, I found that more is not better. There is an optimal dose and it is not the maximum you can tolerate.
