They listened!

See below:

They must have contacted him based on our comments.

We have a voice!

We no longer have to be upset with Immune Support.

Full Stricker article can be read at Ilads: http://www.ilads.org/publications.html

(Why the excitement? I am unsure... did Immune support print something to the contrary before?)

No surprise if they did, who hasn't printed something against LD treatment? Have you seen the article that claim we (the LD patients) are the crazy ones duped by a bunch of money hungry doctors, telling us what we want to hear.

He and I have talked about the illiteracy. Although he told me he believes it will take time before LD is understood or symptoms known by general public.

Yes, they posted the Neurologists viewpoint that the use of long term antibiotics are ineffective. Many "lymies" responded to their publication and they responded by posting Dr. Stricker's info today.

Oh...that is good news! Too bad they couldn't print a complete retraction of the illiterate nuerologist stating he was illiterate about LD and doesn't understand updated protocols...now that would be total vindication, wouldn't it? [Big Grin]

Just realized this a.m. that they actually posted TWO articles. One from Dr. Cameron and the other from Dr. Stricker.

Job well done, folks! Pat yourselves on the back. I figured they would fix this because they have so many Lymies on the FMS/CFS board - it's one of the few boards where we can talk about every disease and nobody gets upsset. (Have you ever tried to suggest Lyme on a FMS set - Yikes - they kick you right off normally)

Don't forget to rate it HIGH.....not LOW, like we WERE doing on the other article!!!

Is anybody else as stupid as me???? [Roll Eyes]

[I did it right....but had to THINK in order to avoid the reflex to rate it as we had been doing!!]
