I am working out 4 days a week and have gotten some stamina back... However, I seem to have some new symptoms that Im not sure are lyme related.

So, what can cause tingling in the hands and feet? My feet tingle every morning usually down the outside of them or between the big toe and next adjacent toe. The weird thing is this usually stops after I make my morning bowel movement.

Also, my hands tingle very easily for instance if Im laying on the couch and just put my hand over my head it immediately starts tingling?

I am just wondering what else can cause Air hunger?

Finally, my main concern is this pressure in my face.I just cannot get rid of it as I stated before the first Amoxil pill I took the pressure left my face and an hour and a half after. I literally wanted to cry I was so happy... but it has since come back.

I had my B12 checked it was 800... Mg was a little low but not out of range... Vit D was really low, below 30... I dont trust supplementing vit D so I have been spending alot of time in the sun and on the beach... I dont know what this is doing for the face pressure in that sometimes I feel it is making it worse and sometimes I find its not as bad... weird

thanks
a

Ahodge,

All your symptoms are very similar to mine.

I had the pressure issue around my face and temples for a long time. Doctors at the time thought it was allergy related. I was able to relieve some of that with a change in my diet, actually most of it.

Diet is meats, brown rice, black beans, variety of veggies, fruits, and electrolytes. I started with a mold allergy elimination diet, and went more hardcore to see the effect.

That's where I would start for a couple weeks if I were you because many people develop mold and food allergies from lyme disease.

I was able to test positive for Mold Allergy at my Allergist office.

Many things can cause air hunger, but it's very likely your Babesia...if you tested positive. What else makes you think it wouldn't be Babesia?

Thats a VERY common symptom amongst those with Babesia.

I also have the tingling in the hands and feet.. Gets worse with exercise. Haven't been able to solve that, but seems to be getting a little better with treatment.

Ive never tested positive for lyme or any other co-infections even through stony brook... Im doing the 2 months of treatment then retesting. Im looking for maybe some other causes to my symptoms.

Im just not as sick it seems like as everyone here. I have the facial pressure which is unbearable at times. The tingling and some psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, etc.

I thought I read thread on here that air hunger can be caused by an electrolyte imbalance....

Just trying to get my health back.

Ahodge,

Most people on here have been chronically ill for a long, long time. That's what happens when the disease harbors inside of you for a long period.

I believe I went undiagnosed for almost 10 years. I was working, and could deal with my problems up until roughly 2 years ago.

That's when things got out of control. But, prior to that, I still had shooting pains, crawling sensations, joint pain, head pressure, sinus problems, skin problems, and all that...and still I could do all my normal tasks.

Not anymore.

I know you want your health back, I want it too.. So we're together on that.

It sounds like you maybe have Bartonella and Babesia. Try Labcorp for Babs, and Fry Labs for Bartonella or Hemobartonella. Thats what I tested through.

I didn't think I could have Lyme for 8 years. I denied it, and thought other things caused my problems like a car accident.

Standard Lyme testing always came back negative. It wasn't until I saw an LLMD that I got the correct testing done, and solved my puzzle.
