I am going to write this now.
It is the time to write this
I do not know how this writing will be transferred to you
Please understand that I am just writing about my experience
My body has gone thru improvements in the last year.
My body is rid of pain I have had for many years.
The last pain is still in my intestine
And that intestinal pain comes and goes
I have been free from headaches for years
I have no more neck pain for over six months
No more lower back pain as in sciatica
Oh man what a pain in the back that has been!!!
That back pain is so very bad
It is very painful to move ANYTHING
A few nights I was not able to sleep at all
The back pain was just so strong and inflamed
No more weakness in the thumbs
Did I say no more headaches?
I am just so happy to be rid of headaches
Fat Fat used to give me a headache.
A big old headache The kind where I would say ``I better go lay down and not move''
that kind of headache
It has lot to do with my intestines
It don't matter what kind of fat, dairy, oil or nuts but but but the nut is not as bad and some oils are better. What? How do I know that?????
Well it has been a real pain in the assssssssss.
It is called.... Well I don't know the name for it. So ..... I don't know what it's called
I wrote down everything I ate and drank for over year.
I wrote it all down each day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and all the supplements too.
It is fat all kinds of fat.
Then after a few months I began to realize it was all fats and oils.
The ``you know what'' that crawls around in my body likes to eat fat it can live in the fat.

So I think it is time for me to do another clean out session
Well this is really getting tough when I think about doing this ``clean out'' again
I think about how long I have had this
I know now that I have had this for 47 years since I was 5
I have felt better than I have ever felt as well and far back as I can remember

A year ago I started to take 4 gms real Salt and C
My improvements started with that salt and C
Then I added reservatrol and then I added d-lanolate
My stomach is doing so much better
This creepy crawler was in my stomach in the lining.
I had really bad gastritis
Oh it really burned
This was going on for a long time, months
Chocolate was really bad, it made it burn so bad
Now this was really difficult for me
I had grow up on Chocolate chip cookies
I used to eat about six every Friday night.
This was a real treat
Well any way the stomach is doing SO MUCH BETTER
I can eat chocolate again!!!!!!!
I just do not want to go to the next level of cleaning
This stuff is still inside me.
I stopped taking reservatrol for about 3 weeks
I was also eating more cookies and sugar and junk
Yesterday I paid for this
My jaw started to swell up
Both sides
The swelling in my jaw that has not been present for many years
Was coming back slowly
This is a very sharp excruciating pain
The swelling of the blood in the jaw joint
Creates a local sharp pain that feels
As though a nail is being driven into the joint
This happens when a blood vessel ruptures
I had forgot all about that pain
The blood swells the joint and has no place to get out and
The pain slowly goes down over the course of a day.
It has been long enough for me to forget about that pain
Other pains I went thru spleen, kidneys, liver
I really need support
I am eating sugar again
I have to stop
And I am having a really hard time
I have been feeding it sugar so it thinks it can come out of hiding
Then I am going clobber that freaking little sneaky slimy swimming burrowing opportunist and let it have it
I have no idea what will happen to me
This has all been a experience for me
The past year has been wonderful and then also devastating
Devastating to realize that I have had this since I was five
It takes so much energy planning and DISCIPLINE
I am just really lacking the will power
So I know the stuff is growing again as in more of it
You it says Hey! Look at all this food!!!!
Lets eat it says, ``Lets be fruitful and go forth and multiply'' and take over the hosts MIND.
Man does that worm thing take away the will or what?

Back to writing down what I ate
I had to set timers to remember when to eat
And to take supplements
I had use these timers or I would be busy and forget
This was full time job
It had to have top priority in my life
Top priority?
Try to do this on the days with the bad brain fog........
You know how it goes
I start asking myself
Did I take the salt and c at 9am?
Oh poopy I don't remember
Oh yes I do!
No that wasn't today.......
Everything has to written down

I ask all the time for wellness

john, to edit,

majority of us here are neuro lymies and can not read long, solid blocks of text like you posted.

SUGGESTION: would you kindly edit your post by clicking on PENCIL ICON and then break it up in 3-4 sentences unless you are a wordy person, then less ok.

hit the enter key twice after EACH paragraph as we neuro lymies need this to comprehend and read what you/others post. do this until you are all done ok.

click edit send; done. THANKS. please do this on all posts/replies. otherwise, we will SCROLL ON BY, SOB, without reading/replying. [Big Grin] [Wink] thank you! xox

John in the first place you should'nt have been on the saltC method of ridding yourself from this bug.
IMHO it does'nt work.

Second: find stymie lymie, or doc dave's recent [posts concerning dry mouth pain...

THis is kinda freaky because I too have gotten back that excruciating pain in my upper and lower jaws.

Could there be something in the atmosphere that is making some of us revisit that pain?

I can only speak for myself when I say that I have used booze as a mouth wash...spitting out the booze. But it seems to be the only thing that

is getting rid of the pain for me.

I don't know if I have a cavity or what?

I do know however that eating sugar to try and coax the little critters out of hiding is not at all good for you....

remember "white powder, White death".

I hope this helps a little...also get over and read doc daves thread!

God go with you....

I tried to get 'healthy' by adding some monounsaturated fats like olive oil - we hear how healthy that one is every day! - and coconut oil - to try to get rid of anything fungal or viral!

What a joke. I get deathly ill, too, on most fats. Olive oil and coconut oil just about kill me. Honestly, I think it is because the fats get stuck in the liver and cause fatty liver disease.

In fact, I had a diagnostic laparoscopy for endometriosis several years ago and had to undergo liver function tests because my liver appeared 'granular' back then already to the gyn performing the surgery.

They put me through a battery of tests - blood tests, scans, etc... - but since everything was normal, they blamed it on the surgeon - it must have just LOOKED granular to the doctor doing the surgery.

This would explain why my liver enzymes shot up after only one week of infusions - the liver was already clogged with fat, and then I added dead spirochetes to the mix.

I still have trouble with all fats, but I can half tolerate grapeseed oil. I like peanut butter, so every once in awhile I eat a few tablespoons of it and just brace myself for the pain.
