This is really funny. I have a GP who truly does believe I "did" have CNS lyme but does not believe in ongoing infection and need for treatment. (That's why I have an LLMD.)
Anyway, my labs ordered by my LLMD accidentally got sent to my primary GP instead of my LLMD. I was not aware of this until today I got a letter from my GP in the mail reporting all these abnormal labs. My labs indicated "severe adrenal fatigue for an unknown reason" and "elevated white blood cells that may indicate presence of infection".
LOL. Gee, infection, you think? Maybe it's Lyme!! He said to please make an appointment ASAP for follow up.
But remember, there is NO OBJECTIVE evidence according to IDSA.

I am glad we can laugh at it as you have a LLMD,
But really this is a sad commentary of today's healthcare crisis,
Especially for those dealing with Lyme Disease,.

Golly, you think? Wonder what his medical expertise will advise you to do?

Usually they won't test for viruses/bacteria (EBV, CMV, C.Pneumonia) because, as my previous doctor stated, everyone has these viruses in their bodies.
What she never realized or distinguished was - not everyone has them active and above normal ranges.
You may have lyme plus others as I had all of the above plus lyme, not to mention many have co-infections - sheesh!
