Should I do this? I have never had an allergy reaction in my life. However, I thought maybe this might be useful since I've now entered the Lyme zone.

I never have had allergys unless I go riding somewhere where there is alot of dust and I will sneeze everynow and then.
I got allergy tested and actually qualified to get allergy shots but he said didn't "need" them so I havn't worried about it

I had some sort of skin allergy test done several years ago where they put little prongs in my back. I could not move for days. It felt like someone had bruised my back, yet there was nothing there.
On that note, a year ago they wanted to do skin testing on me again. Since I had (by then) figured out that I had undiagnosed food allergies for quite a number of years, and they weren't able to even diagnose those apparently, and given the fact that my immune system had (by then) determined the medical system to be an immediate threat to my life, I passed on the skin allergy testing this time.
I honestly think it would have killed me, and still, they would have said I was just having one of my 'panic attacks'.
I would not let them inject anything into me again. Make them test your blood.

Skin testing is not appropriate for food sensitivities. Get a bloodtest. My doctor used the ALCAT labs.
