I just had the flu, and the day after I started to

feel better, my neuro symptoms spiked, and I got a

bunch

of new petechiae on my arms. Could this be a herx

from the increased immune system activity>

I think (may be wrong), but raising the body temp as in a sauna can cause a die off of bb.

That being said, I am not sure how high of a fever you need to have,

But I think there may be some die off related to fever.

Or, the immune system is more depressed than usual (with fighting the flu off and all)

And that stress on the system itself causes an increase in symptoms.

Maybe it is a little bit of both. [confused]

yes, it can kill lyme. Lyme bacteria die from 102F to 106F

I always have a symptom flare up after an illness regardless of whether or not I have a fever.
