have lyme with prostatitis. using levaquin and omnicpeh. Would flagyl be better with lev

For me the omnicef really helped clear the prostate issue and had less side effects than lev or flagyl. I had the prostate issue flare a number of time throught treatment and omnicef worked ver quickly for me. And it was not so much the dose but keeping the omnicef in the system. Standard dose of omnicef is up to 600gm a day. After about4 to 5 days 300 did fine for me.
Just my experience.

Wanna keep the prostatis at bay in the future?

Our GP told my husband to buy Saw Palmetto with Pygeum. That was 2-3 yrs ago and he hasn't had a reoccurance yet! Knock on wood!!

I buy the Solaray brand.

Lymetoo Is correct about this. I forgot to mention i was also taking this along side and for a long time after.
