Pat Smith will be the guest speaker for the Minnesota Lyme Action and Support Group in Forest Lake, Minnesota on Tuesday, November 13th at 7 pm. This community forum opportunity will be held at Hosanna Church on Highway 97, 3.3 miles east of Highway 61, Forest Lake's main north-south road.

Your presence will help support Minnesota TBD awareness and the Forest Lake group.

If you can't make it yourself, please pass this information on to anyone you think might be interested. Thanks!
