I was told I should take ThreeLac instead of Nystatin or Diflucan to keep the yeast in check. I already take lots of high quality acidophilus. Has anyone ever tried this product?

Are you sure it wasn't Theralac they were referring to? I got these two products confused and one is far superior to the other. ThrEElac did nothing for me. Theralac is excellent and a lot of people on the board rely on it even after abx has been stopped for maintenance.
