got my two bottles in the mail today.

any ideas about dosage/timing? the apple pectin is 700 mg capsules, the betasitosterol is 375 mg tablets. should they be taken before meals, like chlorella? can they be taken with chlorella?

thanks for any insight. [Smile]

I had a problem taking apple pectin, so that while i'd like to, i hardly ever take it now because of not knowing how to deal with the problem.

The problem is that it disturbed the good state of my gut flora. My gut flora are maintained artificially by various probiotics with every meal, and they don't cause any trouble usually.

But the apple pectin upset the status quo, and i didn't bother to analyze or adjust further, i just stopped the apple pectin.

Heather, sorry, I never took any of them.

I hope someone else will come for help.

I remember reading about Apple pectin, did you do a search?

Good luck in your fishing for cleansers! [Wink]

Just try it(apple pectin) and see if your gut flora and probiotics need are the same. It was fine the first day or two, then the acidophilus control became a bit unreliable and i had to either stop the apple pectin or do something much stronger for gut flora control.

I forget the details. This happened twice.
