I am considering trying HBOT as an adjunct therapy to see if it helps sx, at least temporarily.
I've not made any inquiries about it befoe because I assumed I couldn't afford it. But, I've just found out it's only $10 a time where I live (run by a charity).
The thing I wonder is - for those of you who've tried it - what pressure did you start out at??
This is what they told me:
When I start come daily for 2-3 weeks. They start at about 2 meter pressure and after 2-3 weeks the pressure will be up to about 10 meters.
Does that sound standard/effective/ineffective?
Is there anything I should be aware of before I go/during treatment?

what I have been told is that you need 2.5 atmospheres of pressure. Each 10 meters = 1 atmosphere of pressure. So you would need 25 meters.
I have never done HBOT, and I am not a doctor. I am just saying what I have heard in the past.
I'm sure there are others on the board that can tell you better and more info.

Wow, in that case it sounds like I'll be wasting my time. Thanks for your reply.
