am i the only one who has this? Im new to this still really.. have this and like 4 other things.

should i be freaked out by this? ( if so pls be gentle telling me)

I dont really trust my doc and am wondering whats going on, as im not explained anything, well not even by any of the docs ive seen.

i think im in treatment for babesia, and maybe a little bart, but im bearly handling that.

Just wondering if others have this too? And what meds/herbs do people use for it.

Not to freak. A good number of Lyme patients also have RMSF.

Normally it is treated with Doxy.

Hope that helps.

I have RMSF, Lyme and 4 others. I'm on quite a cocktail (4 antibiotics) but I don't actually know which antibiotics are targeting which infections.

I wouldn't necessarily freak out. You're not alone =)

Currently infected with Lyme, Babesia, Ehrlichiosis, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Mycoplasma, & Q-fever.

10 months into treatment, currently on Bicillin, Rocephin, Doxy, Biaxin, and Mepron.

I had IgG antibodies towards RMSF, but not IgM.

If you lack IgM reactivity, it's likely that your immune system took care of it on its own. Not everyone gets sick from RMSF, and if they do, it can be mild. I wonder if RMSF is why I had such a rough time in the beginning and was in the ER many times a month.

I bet many of us have RMSF as an added bonus and don't even know it. I wouldn't freak out. Its just another one of the many co-infections we run the risk of having with LD.
