I finally have some charts for you. How do I get them to you?
I didn't do a chart on the test costs. The problem is that there isn't really a way to estimate those costs, because the tests cost a different amount depending on whether the patient has insurance and, if they have insurance, what the negotiated discount rate is for the tests. Using the listed price is misleading, because insurance companies pay far below.
