I was taking rocephin but got gall stones so I stopped. Then went to bicillin for only one month and will now start Primaxin. I have the powder, have ordered the 100 ml bags of saline but now understand that I also need tubing to go from the bag to my PICC line.
My pharmacy wants me to tell them what kind of tubing to order. I just called my nursing service but haven't heard back from them. A full service pharmacy will charge me $60.00 per day for all of the supplies but I can't afford that so I have order everything myself.
Any help would be so much appreciated and any feedback on the Primaxin itself would be great! Thanks!

Hi Sunny,
Here's a link to supplies needed but it is for Rocephin 5 days on 2 days off once per day.
If you're infusing more often, you'll need more of some supplies.
How many times per day will you be infusing etc..
Let me know if I can help you any further. I'll be glad to.
