Could this be Lyme related? My recent PET scan showed several areas of increased uptake in my lumbar spine and pelvis. Has anyone else ever had PET scan results like this? It also showed increaed uptake in my shoulder consistant with arthritis....which I'm confident is Lyme related.

Anyone?? I'm sure I'm not the only person on this board that has had a full body PET scan.

I wish I could help. I've never had a PET scan.
I'll keep watching this thread to see what I can learn from other poster's comments.

Thanks so much Leelee! I don't see my LLMD again until April 18 and everything I've been able to find on the web has been nonlyme related and a bit scary.
