I been running a car buffer on my muscle pains for a long time...back masagers dont cut it. It really viberates me. I was thinking...maybe I am going to try buffing my entire body...often. Rug burns be damned! Think about this..persons report they feel better via excerise. Perhaps that the main reason is that the movements in exercise messes up the buggers movements, knocks them out of hiding places, etc. to be continued.

My chiropractor uses a massager on me that is a lot like a car buffer. It is huge and she runs it over me like a pad sander. Works great. Loosens everything up. She told me I could buy one for $140.
