So in his prescription for Cat' Claw, my LLMD wrote down that I'm to take 4 capsules per day, knowing, I'm told, that different brands' capsules contain different amount of the substance. What's up with this? He should have some idea of the actual amount of this stuff I should be taking, shouldn't he? So how much do you guys take? My capsules contain 200 mg of bark and bark extract.
