i cannot tell if i am herxing or getting worse...
the last few days, just a hair past the 4 week mark of my mega-protocol, i am feeling the neck ache again, along with more tiredness, body aches jumping around, heart palps, and general depression regarding how i am feeling.
i read how herxes often happen at 4 weeks but i also just got bitten again 3 days ago. but i was already starting to ache (etc) more before i was bitten. the llmd said that i should be covered with all the drugs i am on, not to worry so much about the small tick taht was on me for about 4 hours.
yikes
so do yall think i am herxing??
what do you feel when you herx?
thanks john

An increase in symptoms. But, I got to tell you...I usually don't figure it out until after it is over.
When I am going through it I am upside down and sideways.

Herein lies the debate...what is a herx, and what is simply a reaction to the meds/supplements?
Ive always read its a worsening of symptoms, followed by feeling better.
As for my symptoms...if Ive ever truly "herxed", then they would be...flu like feeling, hot, cold, nausea, weak, headache, GERD, and other pains throughout the body, joints, etc..
I think everyone is different, as it hits some people more in the neuro, some in the chest, some the stomache, and some the joints... and then again, so have it all...ugh..
