Hi all--
For those with ehrlichia, would you mind sharing some of it's differentiating characteristics from the other co-infections (without sending that symptom list which I've read)? With ehrlichia, where was your pain predominantly located? Did it make your initial onset of symptoms more SEVERE (land you in the ER)? Can it be chronic? How did you successfully treat for it?
Thanks so much!!!

I haven't had erlichia so unfortunately I cannot share any personal stories or experience.
From the few people that I do know who tested positive for erlichia, yes, their symptoms were all relatively severe (not that Lyme or other co-infections can't be). The good news is that this one seems to be easily treated with doxy. I'm unaware of anyone that has had a chronic issue with erlichia after being appropriately treated.
